Kate Seet

AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist

Physiotherapy that helps women and children feel more confident, capable, and at ease in their bodies.

Kate is a physiotherapist trained at the University of South Australia, with clinical experience across both Singapore and Australia. Her work is grounded in the belief that the body is interconnected, and that effective physiotherapy extends beyond isolated symptoms to consider the individual as a whole.

She brings a broad foundation across the lifespan, with experience spanning cardiorespiratory care, musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, and developmental and disability services. This depth allows her to approach each case with clinical clarity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of how different systems interact.

Kate has since developed a focused clinical interest in women’s and pelvic health, alongside paediatric physiotherapy. Her work in these areas has been shaped by supporting women and families from diverse and often underserved backgrounds, and is further strengthened through training with the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Women’s Health Training Associates. She is experienced in working within multidisciplinary teams and managing more complex presentations with a calm and considered approach.

Her areas of interest include pre- and post-natal care, pelvic floor conditions such as urinary incontinence and pain, developmental concerns in babies and toddlers, and 24-hour postural management for individuals with complex needs. She adopts an integrated treatment approach, combining hands-on therapy, targeted rehabilitation, and practical self-management strategies to support meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Kate is also the creator of www.infinitewomenphysio.com, a platform dedicated to women’s health education and storytelling. Through this work, she aims to make high-quality, evidence-informed guidance more accessible, while creating space for women’s experiences to be seen, understood, and supported.

Outside of her clinical work, Kate values time with her children, particularly through nature and shared everyday moments. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
